Tips on Using Twitter

I am a big fan of Twitter. I believe it has changed the way we communicate in a very short period of time. Now that individuals have discovered ways to use it, associations are now exploring ways to implement it into their networking tools. There have been some really good postings on this topic over at the A-List Bloggers, a site for association bloggers. Here are a few of those posts. Lindy Dreyer over at Association Marketing Springboard also has a post on this.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for the link love. To me, Twitter equals engagement. You won't reach every member this way, but for the few you do reach, you have the opportunity to make a real connection. And let's not forget...the reason folks Twitter is that they love to communicate. If you make a good impression here, it will likely translate into word of mouth outside the Twitter community as well.
